These Dual Wheel Pneumatic 8 inch Casters are typically used in heavier duty outdoor applications such as Aerospace industry, Military, Government, and any application that requires a shock absorbing ride that can withstand a high load capacity compared to standard pneumatic casters and wheels. Product Finish Powder Coated - Caster rigs are powder coated with Hamilton’s new Crimson Powder, a metallic HAA Polyester providing a premium look and excellent durability for both interior and exterior environments. Legs Precision laser cut steel, continuously welded inside and outside to horn base. Wheels mounted outside for optimum stability. Wheels Bolted type industrial duty with heavy-duty bearings; automotive type tapered roller bearings with grease seals standard in 16" and 18" sizes, straight roller bearings in all others. Axle Diameter 3/4" on 8" and 10" models Tires 8", 10" and 12" sizes are 4-ply rated, 16" is 6-ply, the extra-rugged 18" is 8-ply and the super rugged 21" & 25" are 10-ply.
